For anyone's future reference, this is an LCI change from what I can tell.

The preLCIs had multiple torx holding in the center vents.

LCIs seem to have two small nuts on the left and the right of the center vents and a dozen little clips on the top and bottom holding it in place. Removal is exactly as you would guess by looking at it (albeit a bit of a pain) simply remove the nuts then begin unclipping the plastic bits from the top or bottom, one side to the other, maintaining light pressure on the vent assembly so as to prevent them from clipping back in place. Once youre done with the top/bottom, just move on to the bottom/top.

Best of luck. I'm going to sleep.

it was just a clip, used plastic trim remover to pop it off.

for the small vents you can just pop those out easily.

for the large vent this one is a little tricker because there are like 8 clips on each side. what i did was to put nickels in the clips to open them up a little bit. line the entire bottom row with nickels then begin prying the top clips off with a screwdriver and you should be golden.
