Any freight company will ship any of these parts. So will UPS my front and rear bumper came from ECS Tuning by UPS

Throw your bumpers up on Craigslist pal. If you're not willing to ship, you're not going to find a buyer here, since most everyone who's interested is across the country. Either you'll work to make it happen or you won't, and everybody's consensus is that you won't... like I said-- you want local pickup?-- post to Craigslist in your area
