Question replacing rear brake pad sensor?

I found a good how to on the whole process:

But I am wondering, is it possible to add the brake sensor without taking off the pads/caliper?

you dont have to take off the caliper to put the sensor in. If you are replacing it, just make sure to get that small metal U shape clip with the original sensor, and put it on the new one

What part # should I get? Is it the back right caliper that has it? Does it just pop off, or what tools should I use to pull it out?
