HELP!- Rough Ride, Need it fixed!`
Hey Everyone,
I have an 07' 328i Sedan, and the ride currently is wayyy too rough! When I hit a pothole the other day it sounded like a bomb went off! Every crack, bump or dip in the road I feel and it certainly isnt riding like a BMW. It came with OEM 16" rims, and I switched to 18" rims about a year ago- currently rolling on a staggered setup, front 235/40/18 and rear 255/40/18. Yes, I know the 18" rims, with farily low profile tires certainly will hurt the ride...but Im telling you it is terrible! And it feels like it has been worse this winter, cold weather? All I know is I need it fixed. I am at about 115k miles, and I bought the car at 80k...I havent done anything to the suspension. Do I need a new suspension setup? Koni Yellows? Help! What would be the easiest way to improve the ride? Springs? Shocks? New Ball Joints or something like that? Please help!!! I need suggestions!!

I would say shock and struts, possibly strut mounts and control arms. |
