Comfort Access Key

Hi all,
I have 2009 E93 with two fobs, both worked just fine until last week.
Last I realized battery was low on fob 1 and I decided to change battery on two of my fobs
After replacing batteries, Fob 1 started working fine but second fob (Fob 2) which battery was not even low started not locking the doors.

Fob 2 unlocks fine, opens trunk but will not lock, won't start the car. Car says no key inside.
Any idea?
