I came accross my new toy...

I was unpacking and found this thing in my sack of electronics/wires that I had taken to Europe with me. I've been procrastinating the unpacking because I really havent needed anything from the sack. So then to avoid doing school work, I started to unpack.

Completely forgot about this dinky little thing. Sony PSP.

Here are my 2 cents. Amazing screen for gaming and watching things on it. More or less sturdy and small. Internet browsing sucks without a keyboard and mouse.

Anyone else have one of these or know anything useful that can be done with it other than waste my life playing Most Wanted?

I guess I wont get much for it if I try to eBay it. Any ideas?

Actually you can get Sony Magic 2gig high speed Duo for about $75 plus shipping. You can rip movies and even games onto the memory card. There are people selling ripped games on dvd on Craigslist if you look around. They are charging about $50 for about 100 games. Yes, 100, thats pretty much all the games available on PSP right now. They even include some super NES games. So other than games, movies, MP3, TV shows, and internet, no, not much else you can do. Oh, you can get a slingbox which will allow you to watch regular television programing on your psp when you have internet connection. That's about it. You can still get almost full price on ebay. Don't want to go through the trouble? I'll buy it from you.

OK, I have a suggestion of something to do with it.
Go to this site and download cool BMW videos to play on your PSP.

Let's not be too hasty ... Sony is still fiddling around with it and every new software update brings promise of unlocking/adding new capabilities/applications...its quite a nifty toy
