I would just like to say a public thank you to Anneka @Sytners for the help she gave me today in obtaining some information for me.

Anneka took time from her other duties and obtained the information and Emailed it to me (something a local dealer was not interested in helping with)

I will add that none of this was regarding buying parts or services

To me this speaks volumes for their customer service and I think everyone looking for services of anykind for their BMW should not hessitate about dealing with Sytners who in my opinion have demonstrated by going that extra bit a truly excellent customer experience

Again thank you for all your help Anneka very much appreciated

Yeah, I too would say that Anneka offfers incredible customer service. I've spoken to her a couple of times now regarding various things and you can bet your bottom dollar that when she says she will call...she will call!

If only EVERY dealer in the business could offer these levels of service.
