Without getting too far into the details, part of the reasons these can be installed without the pulling/pushing/rotating is mostly due to the amount of clearance in all the critical spots, the pipe routing and the fixed relative flange angles that are re-checked after the pipes have had time to cool and contract.

I'm not going to turn this into a VRSF vs AR/MS/BMS/CP-e/etc simply because that's not how I do business. As previously mentioned we have a set of each of the popular brands in hand at the shop and each have their strengths and weaknesses.

We offer a 3", CNC mandrel bent, 304 grade stainless steel downpipes with a cast inlet and offer a lifetime warranty for the indviduals who doubt the quality. As of right now, we are the only to offer a 3" downpipes with a cast mouth, not to mention it's competitively priced way below any reputable brand.
Well Said.

Any downpipe will require adjustments to make sure all areas are cleared with 3" piping, thats just the way it is on these cars even with the best N54 pipes, and hell the OEM pipes as well. I'm sorry, but that's just BS marketing. You cannot honestly expect to pop two pipes in there, and not make any adjustments to line up the catback flange.

You don't have to compare it to other brands, but when you say they are better than most "popular brands" I think that gives a legitimate reason for a potential customer to question what brands you compete with. Every business is in competition, that's the way it works.

The only BS Marketing I've read here so far is the guerilla tactics you've been applying against this vendor. The offensive you've been portraying has been perfectly deflected time and time by Tiago's professionalism.

Every business is not in competition. That's not how it works. There's more to business than that. Perfect example that just happened to me 15 minutes earlier. I was already going to pull the trigger on BMS' DPs when I read that VRSF DPs were still in development for a few more weeks. Then after bombardment on Tiago thanks to you, I decided I'm going to wait on this new VRSF design. His moral, ethical, professional, and technical conduct intrigued me to want to buy from him. Thats one more potential sale for his business. Good job buddy. Your attempt on bad publicity just turned out to be good for VRSF .

Edit: before I get ahead of myself, Tiago, will these DPs also be applicable to Xi's?

It's really difficult to justify the cost to be honest since there are a limited number of awd vs RWD models. I'll talk to our engineer and figure out if they can find a way to utilize the RWD castings on the AWD for our next batch

why don't i supply the demand for you. my coupe is unadulterated with not a single engine mod on it. i can have a base dyno done and one after the install. that should increase the demand for xi owners. well at least a tad bit to justify the cost for you and your engineers =)...

We still have a few XI's in stock we need to sell before we can consider the V2's. To be honest I don't see it happening anytime in the next 4-5 months.

V2 for Xi's

Tiago , how much would it cost to get you guys to make the V2 in Xi from. I know there are a good number of us who want this . How much money?I know there is a price that would make this feasible. What is your number?

+1 on interest in the v2. I'm in the market this year for one so if they is a possibility of v2. I'll hold out for those.

The v2 isn't significantly better than v1 or anything and your $300 order most likely wouldnt convince him to take on the r&d and production of a full new design for such a small market. Let alone he still hes xi downpipes in stock he hasnt even sold yet.

5 figures just for a mold. Investment cast stainless steel isn't cheap!

As of right now, we have no v2's for the XI's in the near future. We're still sitting on the first batch of XI pipes. We have a few threads with 10+ pages asking for XI pipes and we definitely haven't sold anywhere near the amount of people who requested them

Even after we finish this batch, there may not be enough volume available in the XI market to justify the expense.

If you're in the market for XI pipes, the ones we offer right now are your best bet guaranteed. You won't find a better option, especially at this price point
