e90 LCI 19x8.5,19x9.5 What tire sizes?!

I've done a lot of exploring, but I figured we could consolidate pictures of wheels, tire sizes, offset, and lowering.

For the most part, I'm looking into getting 19x8.5, 19x9.5 et 35. I'm not sure what tire sizes to get that won't make me rub if I'm lowered about 1.2 front, and 1.3 rear (from non sport suspension). I'm not completely against rolling the rears a little, but I'd really prefer not to.

I've seen setups with 19x8.5 ET35 235/35, 19x9.5 ET35 265/30 but also people running 275 in the rear, or with different offsets. What is a safe offset with these cars? I figured I can always just add spacers if I needed.

Just so I don't get picked on and what not, I'm clarifying that this is my daily driver, and I often haul a car full of people. I just want something that will make the car look a little more aggressive! I'll leave the crazy poke, slamming, and etc to my project car.

So....Any pictures, specs and comments?

Definitely watching this. I'm in the market for some SF-71's / CS7's and i'm oblivious to this stuff.

Did some reading this morning and found some common sizes.

235/35/19
265/30/19

Those on et35 wheels seem to work with no issues

et35 in those widths are a ver safe off-set if you stick with 235/35 and 265/30 tire sizes.

No need to roll fenders when lowered? That's what I've been seeing too. Just being cautious!

I have CS7's with this tire set up and can tell you there is plenty of room in both front and rear and I'm lowered about 1.5 all around. actually thinking of trying a 5mm spacer up front and 10mm in the back.
hope that helps
