I (S1CKE92) and nkw512 bought Vorsteiner Item From Andye92 aka Andres Michelena.

i bought V35 Vented hood.

nkw512 bought CSL Trunk.

it been well over a week since i have heard from him. no replies to pm or anything. havent logged on to e90post since the 17th of this month. then sign back on the 26th and never heard of again. and when he sign back on the 26th he didnt reply to pm or emails. nor the dispute on paypal.

we both have not receive any type of Tracking number.

so if anyone know this guy can you guy help me out w/like his cell number or where he lives? any information would be great.

contact paypal for his contact info 888-221-1161, also let them know whats going on paypal will protect you and give you a refund. You might just have to wait 30 days. If you get a box form him thats not your hood don't sign for it. You will be fucked. I don't know him but just in case.

paypal will not protect you if you bought stuff outside of ebay.

Yup pretty much. I got ripped off for $300 3 years ago for some blacklines.
Then again, by a vendor here, JW Tuning, for another few hundred dollars. PayPal is fucking usless.

paul sorry to hear that but that is why you should always use CC thru paypal to pay
so you can contact your CC and get your money back!

I did that!
But what happens is, there is no money in the scammers account, so they CC company reverses the charges and it takes it from PayPal, not the scammer. Then PayPal says your account has a negative balance and when you don't pay them they send it to the creditors.
