330i auto, RPM isn't dropping?
My E91 330i auto had a strange moment!
On parking and putting the car in P and handbrake applied, the RPM didn't drop as per normal. It stayed at 700rpm or so, but smooth. It always drops to 500rpm or so, again smooth tick-over. It does that when you stop and you have the brake applied for 5seconds or so, the tick-over will drop 500RPM which is normal. Any ideas, why it didn't do it this time? Engine was hot, no AC and 3.5c outside. Thanks chaps? |
