FS: E92 Prototype Exhaust
Hey Guys This is a very special offer! This exhaust was custom built by Riss Racing for optimal performance and sound from the E92 NA motor. It has adapters for the 2.25" stock exhaust manifold but runs fully mandrel bends 2.5" all the way out. There are two resonators and a two in two out muffler with nicely polished tips. The system is 304 Stainless steel and has been coated with high temp 2200 degree paint. It has been flanged in three sections for easy storage and transport. Installs very easy with great fitment and utilizes the stock hangers. This was installed on my friends car which his lease has recently ended. It is the only one of its kind and it is definitely a great system! Selling it for $599 OBO. Bellow are some pictures and sound clips [u2b][/u2b] Last edited by OGBimmerGuy; 11-27-2009 at 02:35 PM.. |

Sorry Guys, I do not have a dyno. There is definitely much better throttle responce in both the lower RPM range and the Higher RPM range. If you watch the video you can hear how much louder the intake gets with the exhaust on under acceleration. The car did have an aftermarket intake, but it was no where near that loud with the stock exhaust on.

I talked to BMW today and the E92 chasis is only different from the E90 at the rear. The E90 is actually shorter by a few inches. If you wanted to install this on an E90 all you would have to do is shorten the tips at an exhaust shop.
