DTM Kreuz Wheels
Greetings,
I'm looking at getting some new wheels here shortly and am considering the DTM Kreuz 20M. Unfortunately I can't really find much information on them. Does anyone have any experience with these wheels or this company (good or bad)? Thank you.. |

Here are the wheels I'm looking at specifically (I'm looking at either this color or Anthracite).. |

I used to have DTMKruez 10's. Forged alum. Very lightweight, Soft but I never had any issues with bends. Biggest complaint is during heavy rain, water would build up in the center of the wheels and cause violent shuddering (imbalancing) until you could pull over and empty them with a towel.

Also about the old trouble with DTM Kreuz rims I'm pretty certain they're taken care of those design flaws since its a new company running the show now. Here are some nice detailed photos of one of their rims, I think they speak for themselves. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ight=dtm+kreuz As for a vendor the DTM Kreuz rep said to go with Autobahn Exotics.

Wife: Why is the steering wheel shaking like that? Me: Honey, I have to pull the car over. Wife: Why? It's raining outside! Me: You know that steering wheel shake...do you any um things I can soak up water with? Danny

Alot of companies had that same issue not just the previous DTM Kreuz wheels. HRE, DPE, DTM KREUZ, iForged all have the same issue because w/ Reverse lip wheels they have on the inner barrel the drop center cause water to sit in the area next to the bolts and cause vibration. iForged came out with a solution to take away some of that issue so you won't have AS MUCH vibration issues in deep rain.
