Pulling Fuses for CIC

'09 328i: My CIC is rebooting and I want to check fuses associated with the CIC.

Fuses #14,18,19.56,58 & 61 are assigned to the CIC.
Question: With ignition off, and I start pulling fuses, knowing that there is a ton of electrical activity going on in the back ground, is there a chance I'll short/break something else?

Thanks.
