I have a velocity account at CN.ca. It allows me to check the status, tracking and ETA of the vehicles once they are dropped from the WW ship.

From what I've read once it it dropped from the WW boat. It is processed at the Halifax Autoport where the inspect and repair damage from shipping. Once the car has been run through it is loaded onto train from Autoport to its final destination.

Yeah looks like different trains. October 23 cant come soon enough.. Plus there is the wait for the car to get from the CN yard to the Dealership.... damn this wait is only going to get worse.

when you think about what goes on to get the car from germany to canada, the freight ain't that expensive. However, I do believe it should be worked into the car price, not an extra on top of the price. That's for a whole other thread, though.

You get both types of customers. One who wants to see everything broken out down to every detail and the ones who just want an all included price. For me I prefer to see what I am being charged item by item and question if these prices are valid.Example: 399 for documentation fee for a new BMW is a load of crap. Otherwise you wouldnt notice if they put it all in one price.

sure, it's a way to cover their lost fees by discounting the car.
The one thing I have learned in the past 6 months is that even some of the BMW CA's may as well be selling cars on a Skoda used car lot.

I am completely disenchanted with car sales people.

I'm in commission sales myself, but I'm not a fan of price manipulation, hidden or costs at signing, etc. I expected more from BMW CA's, but never did get more.

I keep thinking of the train coming to toronto....

i also orderd the aero lip from longtran yesturday, i think it will arrive
around the same time.. it would be funny if it came b4 the car lol

Dont worry about bugging me Ive been checking the website more than anyone has been asking for updates. I had received my Aero Lip from longtran about a month ago. You will be pleased with the paint. I sure was. I think it took 20 days for me from shipping to arrival in Edmonton. If you ordered yesterday look for it in less time than I did.

Nope went with Monaco Blue, 19 in rims, Saddle Brown and Poplar Grey int.
