its ALWAYS the kombi module that does it....lol

hi all i know its a year since you guys had this problem,i have it too now on my 335i coupe 2009 manufactured 10/2008.
i have found the files but mention is made to the laden.bat. where is that file.

Don't use laden.bat. Manually replace the files yourself

Hi, the error message of "Chassis Faulty" is directly related to a file E89AT.000 in C:\NSCEXPERT\DATEN folder. if u open the said file in notepad you will see the model years mentioned. if u get the above error it means that u car's model is higher than the info mentioned in the E89AT.000 file.

Sorry to revive, but I ran into this problem today activating the digital spedo, this thread saved my life thanks for posting all this info guys!

Another one bites the dust.

I was coding the LCI gongs following the installation of a Bluetooth H.U.

The gongs worked like a charm but the dials took a dump.

I've spent all evening updating NCS Expert 3.10 daten files (via file commander) with later and later versions (47.1 currently), but all I get now is 'Faulty BEST version of description file'.

Why oh why did I bother?

with sp daten 50.2 files you guys shouldnt have any problems... works with up to 2013 e90s confirmed by me no errors. no kombi issues or anything.. update your spdaten to latest.

Hi guys can someone please send me a step by step on how to resolve this issue? i downloaded V56 yesterday and updated some modules including this kombi one. Now my gauges are dead. I have read several posts now and some say to download the latest daten (which i should have now) and others to recode adding a blank.MAN file using NCS expert. I have no clue how to use NCS expert... please help my its freaking me out having no gauges!
