People in here giving lectures about not stopping? What a waste of time. Thats like the cop pulling me over for not coming to a complete stop when leaving an aisle at a mall turn left onto the road around the mall.... at 11:30 at night, no one around cept him parked in the lot beating his meat. There are no white lines or stop signs on an aisle. oo ya, both are private property.

I proceedd to tell him I would be glad to make him look dumb in traffic court in front of the judge if he really wanted to. Needless to say, he didnt even give me a warning. Because there was no law broken.

You dont know if there were any cars around or not? Who says he wasnt in the correct to just take the turn? Clearly it didnt work out due to speed and rain, but doesnt mean he was wrong in turning. Are you saying you stop for a full 3 seconds at every right hand turn? light or yield sign?

And just because he said red light, doesnt mean it was red. Lots of people call them that as a generic term. It could have been green and he was taking a normal "legal" turn.
