rubbing rears with v1s

I have only had my v1s on for 1 day, but I noticed that the rear tires must be rubbing when hitting a bump because I see marks on the tires. There is clearance sitting, and when I basically jump on the rear bumper, so I'm surprised it rubs much at all.

Is this a big issue? Should I adjust it a touch higher? Pisses me off because I noticed it after I got it aligned. I suppose 1 turn on the adjustment thread can't kill the whole alignment.

Also, how do I adjust the spring on the rear perch... instructions say I have to disassemble. Any tips?
