swapped out seats, bumped into an issue

so today i replaced my gray interior to dakota brown i believe its called. my car is 07 e90 with sport fully powered non heated.

the seats that i put in came out from 09 e90, as well with sport fully powered and heated (i dont care about heated seats since im in cali)

Thing is: everything works fine on driver seat except the side cussions, passenger seat does not function? any ideas why?

my question is if im not using the heated option on them arent they supposed to function? all seat modules stayed original from the 09 model.

any help is appreciated.

The power wiring at the yellow connector is different. You'll have to move them around. Compare your two seats at the connector and you'll see the difference.
