I got this kit from Megan Racing. It allows rear camber adjustment but I didn’t install it yet so I don’t know how far you can go.

up front you'd want camber plates, and up front is where you'd really need the extra camber. The rear already has camber adjustment stock to somewhere slightly beyond -2 degrees.

The set was $430 + shipping. I’m going to put it on in the spring.

Can someone briefly explain camber, yaw, and understeer? I am understanding camber is the wheel angle of a motor vehicle, yaw is similiar along the lines to body roll, and understeer has to do with the condition in which the vehicle does not follow the trajectory the driver is trying to implement while taking the corner, instead following a less curved trajectory. Seems like understeer really doesn't come into play in real life daily driving scenarios so much as track scenarios. I have an xi so I guess negative camber isn't so much of an issue for me huh? Also it seems that differential is a big deal when it comes to turning. I hear most modifications to positively affect differential are costly. Am I in the ballpark here?

Yea, it does. Fortunately I'm an IT guy so I'm used to overly complicated explanations I wonder how I can assess the camber on my car? I'm pretty sure it's pretty close to spot on from the factory (all stock wheels/tires/suspension). |

Just get an alignment and they will tell you, or you can buy the tool and do it the old fashioned way with Math... but who wants to do that?

I think he is going for the stance camber in the rear. I know for a fact max negative camber in the rear is -2.7. If you need more then you need aftermarket rear control arms. I know Velocity Motorcars makes them but I didn't know Megan made a set.
