Can anyone give me the link to this set? I tried searching for 30 minutes but couldn't find anything.

Go to the bmw.com site, click on M3 vert, then on M visualizer and at the bottom there is a link to M downloads. (I'd post the link, but it's flash.)

I did not see any M downloads in the "M Visualizer" but if you click on the "All the Facts" tab then you can select "Catalogue and Downloads" and then you get to the wallpaper page.
