How well would these wheel specs work?

Looking at a deal of tire+rim and he has the following:
19x8.5 +30
19x10 +37

Falken FK452
235/35/19
275/30/19

What would I need to do to make it work and look good?

2012 e92 335i xDrive LCI.

Thanks in advanced

Not sure about that. With the 10 inch wide rear wheels you might have to roll the fenders. I'm guessing.

Oh, okay. I'm guessing if I run this set-up without a drop.... it would look ridiculous wouldn't it?
Like an off-road safari jeep

Some xi's seem to be a little higher than others. Mine has the same size tires you're talking about. Stock suspension.

If you drop, just move down to a 265/30/19 rear tire
