I am planning to put KW v1 coils on xi and get another rims and tires in 19".

I wanted to go with front 235 and rears 275. What is the ideal rim ET and tire size so it doesnt rub?

The KW V1 coilovers are a great choice for your xi! They offer you the best suspension has to offer

As for wheels and tires, the ideal set up would be a 19x8.5 et.35 and 19x9.5 et.33. Tires would be a 235/35R19 in the front and 265/30R19 in the rear. The 275 is a bit big, and you also want to make sure your tire rolling diameter between front and rear is within spec.

If you need any help, please feel free to ask!

I thought ET35 for both rear/front was ideal for XI?

If you want to run a squarred set up then yes, that's exactly what you want to run! In that case it would be a 19x8.5 et 35 all around. Many guys run the staggered set up as well. Totally your choice!

Thanks for the answers. Thats exactly what I need

What are the differences between KW, HR and Eichbach. Do they all have kits for xi model and if so what is difference in terms of build quality, drive quality, etc?

I am thinking of getting a set of tires for my rims 19x8.5 et 33 and 19x9.5et 22 as you recommended 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. Any recommendation for tire choices? I am thinking between Hankook V12 or Continental Extreme Contact DW

Thanks

Deric

Can I run 19x8.5 et35 front and 19x8.5 et27 rear?
This is square set up, I am talking about.
The differences are ET (offset) front and rear.

Does anyone run 235 fronts and 265 rears. I heard that 275 are closer to orignal diamter. Does that have any effect on x-drive system?

Garage List
I run 235 front (8.5 rim) and 265 rear (9.5 rim) with et35 all around and have not problems. I believe this is within spec as well. I was thinking of adding a 10mm - 12mm spacer to the front to improve the handling and reduce the understeer. I've heard this helps but have not tried it myself.
