nice one mate, yeh they do stick out but thats because ive put the old tyres on which are smaller there a 255 on the rear and the wheel is a 9.5j so the tyre should be 265 i think mate. what size tyres you got?

Yeh I got 255's thinking that's the correct size for BMW, only realised after that this style needs 265, ill have 2 get them next

Rear Offset

Car is looking great Tyson

I really want a set of these wheels, but a little bit worried about the rear offset and rubbing on my E92. (I will be running 265 rears)

Do you have any rubbing on the rear? If not, would you still be able to lower the rear a little.

I need some re-assurance before I take the plunge

hello bud thanks a lot

with that offset and a 92 you will have plenty of room for 265 and to lower it, ive got a day off friday so i will get some good pictures of the way they sit so you can see how much they sit out.

i am going to lower mine and then fit some spacers to them maybe 10mm or 5 not sure yet.

hope this helps buddy keep posted for more pics

UPDATE

Few little updates to put on:

bought some more Cree LED angel eyes this time some decent ones after my last ebay ones played up all the time. i bought these of a forum member 4 months old and he got them from this thread

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=693717

and this is how they look really pleased not the best pic of them, this is with only my angel eyes on and no lights shows how bright they are.

here are a few pics ive taken of my car not great but shows how the new wheels fit

this shows abit of stance, once the weather finally clears up i can get some time to get my camera out and take some decent pics

also bought these a week or so ago and they go delivered on friday

Teaser.....

Teaser Spoiled.....

Also ordering another major mod this week and hopefully getting some other work done so its coming together slowly and im very happy with it

thanks for looking

I prefer the stock look you had.

I've been debating black grilles for so long but every time I see a shot like the first one of your pictures, I'm not sure they're needed.

I'd smoke out/tint your side markers. I've done a bunch of stuff to my D too. Here's a shot of my side marker that I tinted over:

Here's a thread to more of my mods here too:

Link

Lots of MAJOR stuff also slated for this month and in June too. It never ends.

Black grills any day over chrome. Such a simple mod that can alter the look of your front end from every other 3 series on the road

I am not sure about the red scoops though :/

Wheels look like they are sitting nicely mate!!! And those angel eyes look quite smart compared to others I have seen!
