Thanks, hopefully I can pick it up next week unless some how everything gets done by tomorrow (which I doubt). Its in Alabama (4 hours away)

NOW....time for modding...I think I'm going to lower first. I'm going to TRY to stay away from performance modding for as long as I can for now.

It took me 45 minutes to get through BR to Port Allen this morning. I better pack up and head back NOLA soon before I run into traffic going out.

oK So I'm not able to get mkPoto car. To many things started to add up that started to cost way more then I was able to spend. You looking at $1500+ on car shipping, $400-$500 plane ticket, hotel expenses and not to mention the fact Chicago has been getting snow (and I wasn't about to drive it back, hence the shipping charges) and airports have been closing down. So even though its a heck of a good deal and I know I'm going to regret this, but I'm going to have to pass on it.

but..........................

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!

I'm about to be a proud owner of a 335i!!!!

a dealer finally got back with me on yesterday about a car and we were able to settle on a really good price.....and it only has 30k on it and one owner scored 93 on car fax.
Beautiful!! Congrats!

Well I've always been a cosmetics person....so...all my cars modding have been in the following order:
1) Lower
2) rims
3) lip or body kit (which ever applies if applicable)
4) exhaust
5) intake
6) other performance mods....

Factory warranty good another 20k or 10/15/11

So after that I might start doing more things to it.

Yeah thats what I did, I stuck to cosmetics until my warranty goes up, which is in 2 weeks, my car was actually built in 2006. So now I have a box full of goodies sitting in my room and procede on the way.

Yea that's a great price for that intercooler. I know you wanted helix at first, have you looked at Wagner? It is very similar to the helix fmic.

Yea, I just checked the price. I was thinking it was much cheaper, I like how it replaces the IC piping though.

Nah it doesn't really work that way. The housing doesn't make the HIDs its the bulb/ballast/ignitor. So you would have to get all of that, which is a kit basically. I would suggest getting a PNP HID kit. All you have to do is plug the ballast/ignitor into the stock headlight harness and put the new bulbs in and you're done. It actually doesn't take long. (well I don't know about bmws but on japanese/american cars it doesn't take long) And this is if you are NON-HID. If you decide to get a kit get a good one. I suggest TECH-ONE. They are expensive but I have never had any problems with them and when I did it was always taken care of.
