Just curious, what how would a 07 335i with dci, dp, and straight pipe do against a 03/04 saleen 4.8 supercharged with cams?? I wanna know if I would get him without a JB4?

I'll come out for the next runs. I've been talking with Rob and Josh for the last couple weeks on the timing flatlines. I am told its in the works but theres a lot to go through on teh back end of the software. Its nothing we can tune around.

Z...what are you using to tune...i haven't touched a vw in a few years as most of the tunes are not end user adjustable (at least back in the day) and i just won't run anything i can't control myself

hmmm... anyone. Easy peasy... has to be an editable map though. Not going to change any direct tuning. I'm just curious... can't test on myself cause I don't have an issue.

So instead of everyone complaining just say good race and well do it again soon. If its not for money there's no reason to get bent out of shape. Just my theory on it.
My car is running at around 98% it will be at 100% if Terry@BMS ever figures out how to give us 12 degrees post shift instead of 9 lol.

Sure thing matt! Idk if us 335i's can hang with you, but I think the gti on a 30 psi tune would be very interesting run for your m3!

I'm running Eurodyne Maestro 7 along with Eurodyne Boost Manager Plus. BMP controls boost, meth pump, and LPFP. Maestro 7 controls everything else.

That good to hear I hope it works out for you and hopefully fast!. My car is at about 90% I get a lot of throttle closures or hesitations(no codes). I think its just the weather being so cold. That the car is trying to over boost so it closes the throttle. Which by the way why cant Cobb use the waste gate to control boost like the procede does! Sorry for the rant and didn't mean to

My flatline issue is pretty much gone now but I have no idea why.

Played with fueling and boost, then replaced some injectors and the LP fuel sensor.

But I get the feeling the underlying issue may be transmission/torque related.....was that the workaround Terry used?

Stucks is a good dude and unless you were out there when they ran YOU'RE THE ONE TROLLING and wasting eveyone's time posting sh*t from other forums or messages. The runs looked straight forward to me, not sure where all this BS is coming from.

why would you run DPs, DCI and straight pipes WITHOUT any tune?!?!? That doesn't make any sense....

The JB4, Procede, Cobb, and Factory DME use the throttle plate to correct overboost scenarios. To what degree varies, and Cobb has reduced the Throttle plates interferance in overboost scenarios greatly over the factory DME. Cobb/DME will use PID tables to correct boost overshoots, which the PROcede and JB4 will do as well, but apparently they go about it differently. If you are getting overboosts with any flash tune, it just means the base WGDC table needs adjusting. As the tune adapts, PID will reduce the actual WGDC to account from overshoots/undershoots in its history, to a point.

Your feeling is correct. I can't get the car to flatline anymore and believe me I've tried.
