Monochrome BMW Badges
Simple question, what do you guys reckon to them?
I'm of a split mind, my e90 is black, so from an aesthetic point of view I like the idea of losing the blue (I'm not talking about carbon effect ones by the way, just black and white) and some of them look very well made, but I don't particularly like things looking modified with aftermarket items on the whole... Really am 50:50 - what do you folks think? classy, chavvy, indifferent?

Think the blue and white still look the best, on any colour bm.

I've been looking at some of these too, for the front, back and wheel caps...
Now I've seen the above piccy I'm starting to think it may only be suited to dark coloured cars...in which case not mine ...still not sure really. |

I might go all out and get the completely blacked out ones to be different, looks pretty "special edition" to me... Does anyone know how you replace the badge on the steering wheel?

Steering wheel is easy. Just get a hair dryer on it and work it off. Then use some glue remover if necessary to get rid of any remains then clean up with IPA and stick your new badge on

I went for the blacked out badges as i thought they would look pretty good on a black car. Now ive fitted them im over the moon with the result, each to their own of course.
As for the steering wheel badge personally i went with the easy route of sticking it over the top and it looks fine, u'd never know.

Blacked out badges or carbon badges look excellent on any colour BM, imho.
