E92 - Ideas for Wheels Peoples
Before Gaydon..
Me to public: 'No, I love my current OEM 230 wheels, think they look awesom and I'm not changing!' After Gaydon.. Me to public: 'Yeah, they may look nice but I'm thinking they need to go for something more fresh!' See what this place does ... mine field for non-modders to become influenced LOLLL - but loved the experience of Gaydon and will bbe going for years to come, touch wood! So now I begin my search and I need ideas please. I've decided it has to be between Concave or Deep Dish so there's a starting point. Car is Titanium Silver and I'm having is deciding what would work best on Silver car. Some say go for a contrast and get Grey wheels or so.. some say stick with the nice silver To put it out there... I personally do not like full black wheels.. IMO they look smaller than is and dirty almost all the time so that's out of the picture, no ifs no buts. Will also be open to P/X my current ones but not in a rush to sell just yet.. Last edited by AWBimmer; 01-24-2013 at 03:41 PM.. |

I think they look cheap and nasty.
Not sure what I done, but my phone nearly slipped out my hand and I pressed the screen catching it. I think I've accidentally voted for this thread to go on the homepage. |

Im hoping to have a set of avant garde m359 wheels from the US, as the concave looks much better than any available here in the UK and made better....
but that doesnt help you as I have an E90 lol what about these - http://www.bmautosport.co.uk/showroo...h=51_23_122_32 |

Cheers guys I've seen both websites and am using that tonight to make my decision making easier by checking out pics etc but any other pics you guys came across either here or from those across the pond with concave / deep dish?

I went the 'OEM' kind of look after looking at lots and lots of (IMO) nasty aftermarkets...
These have a nice concave on them in real life... have a nice anthracite back and polished front... I've never seen them on an e92, so not sure what they would look like... just putting forward an option

yes yes sam! lol
if you are looking at something a little different as gregg suggested these ones http://www.bmautosport.co.uk/showroo...h=51_23_122_32 they havent been done yet on an E92 and you can get Dips to colour the centres any colour you want! make em a little more unique! they have both the dish and a concave! best of both worlds and they are at a good price too! get them wrapped in Falken 452's and you car would be lookin sweetttt!!! yea stay away from CSL's etc just too common at the moment...

I agree with most on here... csl reps are common as much, and when you look at the quality of them compared to the originals... it just makes you want to cry...

The wheels you currently have look great.
So far all the non-OEM wheels posted look like the sort of clownage you would expect to see cruising around bradford housing estates. |

3SDM 0.01's. I have them on my car in 18's:
But I do know of a car up in Aberdeen to have them in 19": I think Mark at BMautosport even sells them too. |
