Thoughts on the purchase of an 2008
This is my first post. I am negoitiating the purchase of a 2008 M3 Sedan. They will CPO the car for the 6yr/100k. It has 10k miles with 18inch wheels, ipod adapter, tech, premium and cold weather package. They are offering 52,600 with the CPO and 49,600 without. What should I do. My offer was 51,00 with the CPO but they are holding out.

For a coupe it would be a good deal, not at all for the sedan.

I think you can get a better deal on buying a new '08 compared to buying a used '08. If the dealer still has a new '08, get it because most dealers are willing to give aggressive deals on them. |

Definitely walk. It is way to much for a 4 door M3. They're great cars and I love the look but I wouldn't pay over $45000 for a used car with or without CPO.
