Installing I-Drive to None I-Drive car

Hello

I have a question i have searched the internet thin for information how to do it and the prices.

I have a E92 - 325I Coupe from 2007 and would love to get I-Drive in my car

So my question is .!

How much does it cost.
Where can i buy it (Im from sweden)
Is it possible to do it my self ?

Yes but it says something about it US - But i was hoping someone had some idea in denmark or sweden maybe that could help me

It is exactly the same procedure and even the same vendor can help you in getting the parts, regardless of the country. However, you should go to a local dealer or a professional shop in your country for more details as it seems to me that you do not have any idea of what you are getting into.

Nope i dont have the "skills" to disassmeble my car not that but im more consercend about programming and if there is other things

But if i go to BMW in sweden i guess they want the same amount of money as the ar is worth

I very much doubt you could talk BMW into offer this retrofit, since it is not an official retrofit.

I have recently done this retrofit myself, and though it requires a lot of recearch and preparation it is definitely a doable task.

I'm putting together sort of a Do-It-Yourself thread which I'll post in a couple of days.

I have only done the removal of the dash and installed the hardware myself, the coding I'll leave to the Pro's (the company from where I bought the Idrive Unit, forum sponsor and highly recommendable

)
