I have Lux H8 led adjustable angel eyes. Weisslicht Led turn signals on the front. GP thunder cornering and fog lights and finally led side marker bulbs. Already came with wheels. I want to do another upgrade soon however I can't decide which I should go for first. I really want an exhaust system but they are really expensive. I like the Remus Race or the BMW Performance. Love the low V-8 type sound. Other options include a body kit or blow-off valve or intercooler or suspension. Very highly considering a JB4 tune. I mean I could do anything. I just want some ideas for what you think would be a good option for me to do next. Keep in mind I'm carrying a warranty. Posting pictures of my car currently as well. Thanks guys.
First mod should be to Ditch the Run Flat Tires for normal Go Flat tires. This will save you from the issue of bent/cracked rims because the RFT's are too harsh!

Second mod should be the BMS JB4 G5 ISO + DCI + USB cable!

Third mods should be an ER FMIC and ER Charge Pipe + BOV

Fourth mod should be your downpipe, but please check when you need to do your smog check and plan accordingly. Also you may want to consider your long term impact of having to pass "future" inspections even with a stand alone DP Fix (The one built into the JB4 will never allow you to pass emissions... all it does is clear the code once it gets a code for it... you will never reach readiness).

Already ditched the run flats. About to buy the JB4. I have a warranty. Would I be better off just getting the performance exhaust and skip the downpipe?

Before you install the JB4 and other mods... have you looked into the outstanding recalls on the car??

1) Battery cable recall
2) Injector recall
3) Turbo wastegate rattle recall?

It would really suck if you got all modded and then had to go back to stock so you could get your turbos replaced for free under the recall (It's a free recall for up to 8 years or 82k miles).

Ok I will try to get those done. I actually have a small oil leak as well. When I take it to the shop I will ask them about the recalls. Thanks.

No-ones mentioned a LSD. Should be the first 335 mod (after binning the runflats of course)

Like I said I'm not really racing my car so an LSD wouldn't do much for me.

You're going for more power, and the 335 with its horrendous open diff is already very happy to spin up a wheel and then cut power with stock hp...so you'll pay good money for more power which will be harder and more frustrating to access, even more so in the wet.

I don't want to sound like a zealot, but until you've driven a 335 with a LSD you have no idea how much difference it makes.

Order of how I would do it:

Aero lip
Gloss black window trim
Ebay $60 angel eyes (Good temporary option, upgrade to custom headlights later)
JB4
Lowering springs or Coilovers
Spacers (probably need only 5mms)
Performance spoiler
Performance exhaust (makes the car a lot funner to drive)
Intake
M-sport rear with CF diffuser
LCI taillights

Interior vinyl wrap with brush black aluminum or gloss black
M-sport or M3 steering wheel (big difference on how it feels when you drive)

And how the hell does that 335i shift so fast in that video? Must be a 335is right?

I did notice my wheels consistently spinning out. How much is a good LSD? also how much for install?

Not sure on US costs, and it depends whether your cars diff is welded or bolted. Quaife make great LSD's, lifetime warranty too. Read about them at www.birdsauto.com ( that's where I got mine done).
