hi guys im new to the forum and kind of new to bmw's i owned 1 a couple of years back a 318 compact! then i went onto audi's for a while but now i got myself a 56 235i coupe auto box so far im loving the car..
my question is when im sitting in traffic or pulled up somewhere (idel) i noticed my car most times condenstates out the exhaust a fair bit would you say this was normal due to weather being so cold ect? my friend says its just normal due being a bigger engine? any help is greatful thanks. |

It's normal, don't worry about it. The N53 engine (DI) is so clean, condensation is about the only thing that emerges from the exhaust!

Yep mine does it all the time, and mines has full dealer history, only 60k, and uses about a thimble of oil every 1000 miles and runs like a dream, so you can safely assume its pretty standard.
Also my 330i did it quite badly |
