my question is when im sitting in traffic or pulled up somewhere (idel) i noticed my car most times condenstates out the exhaust a fair bit would you say this was normal due to weather being so cold ect? my friend says its just normal due being a bigger engine?

It is vapour and it's normal when temperatures are low. Disapears as the engine heats up.

It's normal, don't worry about it. The N53 engine (DI) is so clean, condensation is about the only thing that emerges from the exhaust!

Yep mine does it all the time, and mines has full dealer history, only 60k, and uses about a thimble of oil every 1000 miles and runs like a dream, so you can safely assume its pretty standard.

Also my 330i did it quite badly
