Still afr issues

Hey guys

First off I am FBo+meth running procede v5 rev3

So for quite a while now I've been having afr issues. While idling or at just a cruising speed my afr will be normal at 15ish:1 then suddenly pegs 20:1 and the back to 15ish:1. It does this all at random. I took a log and its actually only my bank1 that leans out and fuel trims in bank 1 read 0 when this happens. From what I believe it's not tune related because you can actually feel the hesitation when on stock map. I do have can clear on but it should still allow misfire codes, vac leak codes etc to trigger but I get no codes at all when this happens. So I changed both precat o2 sensors and still problem persists. So I moved on to injectors. Changed all 6 to the new version injectors and still same problem. Also have valve cover gasket changed and got the tech to scope valves for crap, and a walnut blast is not needed. My car has only 74000 km. I don't know where to go from here. Took shop foreman at my local BMW dealer for a ride and he said he hasn't seen this issue before. He's not sure where to go from here either.

I believe my turbos are pooched as it smokes pretty bad and stinks like shit. If that's any help.

Any ideas?

Turbo's blowing out blue smoke?

Perhaps you are fouling up your new o2 sensors with oil from a bad turbo seal?

Since I'm a procede guy I'm super tempted to be the first single in Canada. As far as I know
