The car has a CPO warranty (7yr/100k miles) HOWEVER, Audi determined that any CPO vehicle sold after August of 2006 will not transfer the warranty if sold to another party. In other words, the warranty is not transferable. With that being said, the car has been maintained very well and has no mechanical defects that I know of whatsoever.

Man, if my heart wasnt so set on a MT 335i I would jump on this. My buddy is really pushing me to make you an offer (he has a B5.5 Passat that is nicely set up) but he doesnt know what its like to be forced to drive an auto for so long....Truly wish you GLWS bro.
