I'm sitting in the waiting room (nicest I've ever seen at a mech, ever) having my spark plugs done bc I'm getting Cobb tune tomorrow. My appt was suppose to be at 12 but there was a mix up and they didn't have plugs for n55 engine.

Instead of looking to me to come up with an answer they sent someone to the dealership to pick up plugs and are charging me the original quote and eating the ridiculous cost of plugs from the dealer.

Service, it's in their name.

Yup, these guys are awesome. Great prices and excellent service. Been going to them since they were in their old location which was in an area that wasn't nearly as nice lol.

My car is sitting in their shop at this very moment. Both of my front KW v1 coilovers (with only about 3000 miles on them) are making a noise from within housing. I'm about to ship them back to KW to have them re-done. UBS are cool enough to let the car sit on jack stands in a corner of their shop for the entire time while they are out for repair. That way they don't have to put the old springs/shocks on in the meantime, meaning I only pay for four hours of labor instead of eight.

Very easy going and acommodating group of guys! They will definitely get my business in the future.
