Hey guys,
I need to know asap because I am leaving for 2 weeks and would like to make the order before everything is sold out.. (Arc 8`s...) If I get the Arc 8: 17 - 8.5 - ET20 SQUARE SETUP Can I fit Hoosiers at 245 - 40 - 17 all around... I do not want to get camber plates but can pull alignment pin... If the Hoosiers won`t fit will any 245-40-17 fit on those wheels even though they are 8.5inches... I`m getting conflicting answers, guys at Tirerack are saying yes, but others are saying no.. that the most I can fit is 235`s .... Someone with unbiased knowledge please enlighten me

the 245s will fit fine on the 8.5" wheel. just fyi, on stock sport package 18" wheels, the rear wheels are 8.5" and they come with 255 tires. your hoosier 245's are probably about the same width in actual measurement.
I'm more wondering if the fronts will rub on the inside. why +40 offset?

Do you guys think this will all fit without major adjustments? ... If I can't fit Hoosiers I won't get them but I'd like to atleast get an R compound or something close to it.. (Proxies888?)...

Do you think I would get better handling on the track if it was a 9.0 inch rim though? That's what I keep hearing. That 8.5 can fit up to 255.. BUT it won't handle well In corners and will feel sloppy (due to lack of sidewall support) I don't really understand the difference much which is why I'm hoping someone can help me understand it
