All I want to say is the best customer service ever. I ran into problem last week and Vishnu did everything in there power to solve the issues! AND THEY DID!!!!! Thanks Robert and Shiv!!!!

I agree. Shiv and Robert answer my questions quite quickly. To think how many emails they prob receive and how quickly they respond. Gotta love it! I think Burger does a great job w/customer service as well!

i had the same result. Shiv personally worked with me and i was quite surprise how fast he was with emails and returning calls. Especially after hours! Its amazing how there are any rumors of his service otherwise. Vishnu FTMFW!

So Vishnu's weakest link was their lack of customer service, but seems like everyone is happy with them now. Great to see already successful company taking extra steps to help their customers! Go Team Vishnu.
