m sport package
hi all,
i was about to pull the triggger on an m3 convertible yesterday, and after the second test drive, i realized the seats are extremely uncomfortable - i played with the lumbar support / etc and it still killed my back. So, I am getting a 335i convertible instead. I noticed the m sport package and am extremely interested - but i want to make sure that these are NOT the same seats as in the m? I assume they are virtually identical to the seats available in the sport package? Am i wrong? Any feedback is extremely appreciated, thanks in advance. |

The seats with the M-Sport are identical to the regular sport-pkg and not the M3.

cuban, no matter how awesome the m3 is (and believe me, it is!!), physical pain is not worth the car.. The usable performance on the street doesn't even touch the m's true potential, so the 335i will be just fine. Would i Love the m3? absofrigginlutely - but i don't want the back pain just to justify that i have the craziest car ever. 15 years ago, maybe. now that i am old and wise, not a chance.
thanks for your answers everybody |

Before I placed my order for my 335i, I test drove an 04 M3. It was a fantastic car, fast, very fast, great suspension, and very clean. Only problem, it had SMG (which I wasn't excited about) and the seats weren't very comfortable to me. Now, part of it was the ride quality. The streets around Little Rock aren't the best and the car had 19" wheels, so it was already a rough ride, but I just couldn't see me riding long distances in those seats.
I test drove a 335i Step before I ordered mine and the seats, to me, felt much better. I didn't fiddle with them much, either car actually, so I hate to say the M3 seats were horrible, but I felt more comfortable in the new 335i. Just my two cents.

I'm thinking Thursday. It was the original date I was given for getting the car, although I really thought I'd get a surprise and get it earlier.
I'm mean c'mon, Arkansas is home of the latest American Idol winner, you'd think we'd get special treatment here.
