leasing a fully loaded e92 2011 335i
hey been trying to get a good deal on the S4 but can't seem to unless i'm ready to wait for more 2011s to come in. Nway, i'll be going to see my dealer today concerning a fully loaded 335i coupe. MSRP with all options $61,800. Lease rate over 36 is 4.9%. I have the $1000 loyalty coupon too.
Is the mpkg available as I don't see it as an option when I build the car. What is a fair price or what is the invoice. Thanks guys. |

10% markup for the 335. Therefore the dealer's margin is about $6,000 range.
There is a $2K cash purchase incentive ... but since you are leasing, you are not qualified for it. I say $3500 off MSRP would be a fairly good price (before any other factory incentives) |

I think they cancelled it here in Canada, because they will want to push you to get the 335is.

Yea, I looked into that but there aren't any 2010s available with the options i'm looking for. Will let you guys know how things are going? One thing I found out is that Bmw has a promotion right now where you can get the 1000 insurance for end of lease (covers upto $6000 of damage) instead of the putting down $1000 for security deposit.

yea, there are crzy deals available for the sedans. Esp. because the new model will be out by next year. Coupes usually get replaced the year after and usually comes with less incentives.
Its sucks though that you can't get the mpkg unless you get the xdrive or get the 335is. Nway, I think i'm close to getting a good deal on the car. Will let you guys know. |

As for the M sport - I suspect you are looking at the coupes? I got the sedan, and it's available. |

Yea, I remember back in the day, I never paid a penny for my old e46 when I gave it back. The dealer just sent this mechanic to come look at it and he was like "y'up everything looks good." After that, the e39, e60 and my e92 i've had to pay here and there though I'm going to fight to get back my money for my last car.
I didn't realize you got the e90. Yea, you can still do the excess wear insurance. If you fight for it, you should be able to get it for $700. I paid $1000 because I didn't put any security and the guy gave me pretty good deal on the car without much haggling. For those who are looking around here's the deal I got. Fully loaded e92 335, metallic paint, leather, executive pkg, navi pkg, steptronic & whatever else came out to MSRP $61,800. Their mark up is about 9% to 10%. He kept a $1000 and discounted my 2011 by $5000. I told him to roll everything into the monthly so that I only had to pay first mth, excess insurance and ppsa/hst etc which came out to $2300. Oh, I also got him to upgrade my rims to 19". Monthly is like $1054 taxes in. This is for 24k/yr over 39 mths. Hope it helps. I'm sure I could've got it down even less but all things considered, I'm happy. Thanks for all the feedback guys and hopefully this thread was of help to other ppl as well. |
