seriously tho, try to do the Golf Tee Mod so the flap in the left pipe is always open and maybe then the left one will be as dirty as the right? |

There is an exhaust valve in your left exhaust tip that stays closed under vac so that your exhaust is quieter. Do a search for the "Golf Tee Mod" as AutoCouture mentioned. If you unplug the vac line that goes to the exhaust valve, it will cause it to stay open all the time like the right tip, which will also cause your exhaust to sound a little louder.
