Favorite license plate tow-hook holder?
I'm looking to get a tow hook holder for my front plate, just wondering what you guys went with? There's one for $70 on ebay which seems quite popular, as well as one from millworks which is sort of popular as well. Any tips?
Also will need the pre-drilled current holes filled in... any tips for that?

I was looking getting the US millworks for my e90 as well. I heard you can get the bumper plugs to fill in the current holes but I am not sure how it will look.

I got mine from wsa_auto. They were really good. I believe $37. Check out my review here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...light=wsa-auto

Unfortunately, to ship to Canada it comes to almost $100... so for an extra $20 I can get the usmillworks one

US millworks
I've tried a bunch it's the best by far. Don't buy cheap ones. - gets very close to the bumper - light weight - quick release - easy install - high quality |

No need to fill holes. For your holes you can buy bumper plugs and paint them if needed. Lordco has them in different sizes (gloss black and Matte) |

I still haven't ordered, as I am trying to convince myself that $130 is worth it for this (after exchange rate...). Thoughts? I have been looking through the forums to find one used, but no luck so far

I purchased 2 separate kinds off ebay, they were both different and both sucked, one major problem is I thought the screw that held the bolt that screws into the car into the metal plate was waay too thin. worst case scenario would be you look your plate on the highway, but I have personalized plates so that's no good for me. Another problem was it was waaay to far from the bumper. Looked super silly.
What I ended up doing is cutting the bolt about an inch, drilling the hole that held the plate, re taping it to a thicker bold so you would never have to worry about it snapping, and voila! I shoulda took pics, I was actually thinking of machining some myself for peeps but didn't think too many peeps would be interested. heres my pics, kinda hard to see but it kinda curves to the passengers side kinda like Mitsubishi lancers do. I like that better than the "normal" tow hook plate holder.
