No it's more so the programming on the tablet it self. It'll cut letters off the words. My gf prefers to use her sisters iPad when she has to get shit done. However the tablet has flash. So you just have to pick the lesser of the two

For business functions, any tablet is almost worthless. We got a few to test out. They're big touchscreen phones that can't make calls, get broken, and don't go online in places you need them to or it's convenient to use them over a desktop (your office) or laptop (offsite meeting) without duplicating the expensive data plan already paid for on your phone. Unless you're in the business of casually browsing the internet less efficiently than you would on a real computer or playing angry birds all day, I really so no real-world practical application other than pretending you're in some futuristic movie. The word/excel/ppt integration is near nonexistent. Even on the android ones we test, google docs ran like shit, works much better on the android phones. Smartphones are more durable, more capable, and a better integrated solution to offsite productivity.

For something to have on the couch, watching football, or to search porn to rub one out before you go to sleep, they have more of a purpose. Stick to a laptop for portable computing though

Now I have to go deal with a guy who seems to find it too much to ask to pickup his smartphone we gave him and paid for and call in for monday morning's work like he's supposed to instead of just going somewhere and working without talking to anyone.
