Installing My Injen DCI
I was installing my intake this morning and I got to the part with the relocation of the Power Steering Fluid Tank and it says for the 135i you have to drill to get a hole to screw this in but I have a 335i and I don't have a hole there and was wondering what other people did for this. For now im driving it without the front secured just the one on the side. Also I was unable to attach that same bracket to the scoop that brings air to the left cone. I don't know if i have that piece in wrong or what.
I will put up pictures this afternoon as Im in on campus right now. |

Pretty Normal... atleast from my perspective. Are you running a tune or are you stock?
As for the Screw... Hmmm I'd have to look at the directions. I'll let you know later today in a PM

Not really to hear it...I'm just making sure that's normal that I shouldn't hear it all the time (though it sounds really good when the windows are down)
Also no I'm not running a tune. Buying one this week or next. |

The kit should have came with a small mounting bracket for the power steering. When you mount it it will be close to the front of your engine bay. Let me go find a picture of mine installed.

i hear mine the most at like partial throttle when I'm boosting like 4-5 psi. Usually at higher speeds I dont hear anything because of road noise, engine noise, exhaust, etc
