I had this removed from my 06 e90 w/sport package. It's the trim with the soft touch feel, yes it's peeling a little on the bottom left, see pics. It'll be great for a CF wrap or re spray project. $20 plus shipping it's yours. It's really light so shipping should not be much at all.

The part number on that is 32306767211. It's ~$42 new from getbmwparts.com and $12 off seems pretty low for something in that condition...

Thanks wwong did not know should have checked with you before i paid $60 otd at my local dealer for a new one.

like i said on my ad it's a "project" since wwong so diligently took the time to do a price check $20 anyone?
