Battery Replacement for 2006 330i
Anyone know about using this? http://www.genuinehotrod.com/itemgro...Voltage=9-Volt
instead of registering the battery or do you have to register it? Sorry i'm new to replacing the battery. If anyone is from San Jose Area. and can help me with battery replacement let me know. T Thanks guys!

I changed my battery a few months ago with an Interstate battery.
Product ID: MTP-48/H6 Amps: 965 Cranking Amps: 965 Cold Cranking Amps: 770 Voltage: 12 Pro-rata Warranty: 85 Weight: 40.8 Width: 6.89 Length: 10.94 Height: 7.48 Here is a DIY on how to change out the battery: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=292200

so when people are saying you have to register the battery with the tool? its not necessary? I can pick up a battery at my local autozone or kragen?

I didn't register my battery. If I have to I'll take it to a local BMW specialist. Make sure the amps are about the same as the stock BMW battery.
