Can you increase the 318i bhp to match the 320i bhp easily?

Hi, Is it easy to increase the 318i bhp to match the 320i of 170 bhp easily and cheaply as i think it is the same engine block etc?

At a guess the max you'll get on a remap for the 318i is approx 10-15bhp, and for the cost you'd have to wonder whether it's worth it.

Non turbo petrol engine means relatively small gains unless spending big cash and if you have that to spend you would be better buying the higher powered car.

The tuning company might claim figures like this but in reallity you'll probably get little more that sharper throttle response from a remap.

That's what 10-15BHP gives you,but I was trying to be gentle with BB,who's username must refer to him,rather than the car
