Eibach Pro-kit/ KONI FSD Pics E93
I spent a good week researching this forum for different suspension setups and ultimately decided on the Eibach pro-kit and Koni FSD. Hopefully someone will use this thread as another reference in their search for a suspension setup. My car started off as non-sport and the ride quality was very good, as my now sold 02 540i sport.
Other 335s that I test drove prior to buying this one were rougher, but then again they had sport package and 18/19" RFTs. I've gone down the coilover route before on my 300ZX TT. They are great for track days, but they are too stiff for a daily driver. My Goal was a decent drop, not too low, and get the best ride quality possible. I'm amazed that the ride quality with this setup. As smooth as stock with better control. Smoother on rough patches. All the reviews that I read about the eibach/fsd are true. Its a very smooth ride. If you are going to track the car then yes, i would say you'll want something firmer. For me though, it preserves the BMW ride dynamics and does not drive at all like your typical "lowered car". The car was lowered in the morning, and the new wheels went on in the evening. Here are some pics, BMW center caps are on backorder: This is the car when I bought it 2 weeks ago: These are with the Eibach/FSD setup on stock 17" wheels And lastly, with the 19" Miro 111s Top up with Matt black kidney grills: |

Looks great with the Miro 111's. I think I will definitely go this route also with the FSD's and Eibach pro kit.

I do a little. I think a mild Sway bar setup like M3 sway bars will help with that. I think if you go any stiffer on the sways especially with the spring rates of the eibach, it will give you a false sense of grip and when you push hard in a turn, the rear will swing out sooner than it should. I'm going to put at least 1000 miles on the car before making any other changes.

looks great, I am actually thinking to do Eibach's on stock non-sport, and hope I can get a similar drop.
Also, what kind of tires do you have on these miro 19's? |

The pro kit looks a lot better on the E93 than the E92...with the weight difference I guess....
Looks good!

looks good! I am in same situation. Looking to lower and have good ride, will never track the car. Don't want to spend two arms and two legs as well. What is the gap remaining on the front?
I also have E93 with the msport. |

The Eibach has less of a drop than the H&R's so it retains more suspension travel, although most prefer the H&R drop for looks.

I'm running B&G S2s on my e93 335i. Do you know if it will work well with Koni FSDs? They sit between HR Sport and HR Race but maintain the ride comfortof the Eibachs.
