suspension issues
I bought my car with 30k miles and 2 front blown struts (I later found this out). I then figured, instead of replacing, why not upgrade. I got kw v1 coilovers installed and everything was fine until about 4-5 months later. Started hearing random noises, clunking, ect. Took it back and they said I had leaking/blown front struts. Sent them back to kw where they were replaced, bought the eibach pro system(eibach pro kit springs and struts), and had that installed along with new upgraded control arms, h&r front sway bar, new endlinks, and strut mounts. Everything has been fine until about 4-5 months after the install. I hear hissing over larger bumps, which leads me to think the front struts are blown again.
I hear a metallic click when going slightly downhill, at lower speeds, and slowing down (causing the suspension to adjust). It only happens in certain places, sometimes when braking/sometimes when not braking, and not all the time. What else could be causing these issues? I've dumped so much money into this thing, I am pulling my hair out with this lol don't want to get rid of the car, but if I can't find out what's up with it, I may not have to think about that decision for long lol. The car has 68k miles.

Blown dampers ... if that were the case, the car would oscillate more than once over bumps. It'd be wobbly/squishy feeling. Is that the case? They might also produce clunking noises.
Hearing a "pssht" over bumps is normal. That is the sound of the damper at work. Other sources of clunking; check the sway bar end-links for looseness/excess wear and the damper top-mount bolts (three on each side).

When i bought the car, i went to a meet and the front of my car was lower than all the other stock sport suspension 335i's there. Got it checked out cause i was also hearing "pshhh" sounds over bumps. both were blown.
With the coilovers, i started hearing a clunking sound when first driving my car off from a dead stop after starting it up. they werent completely blown, but the valving was very weak (half way blown?). sent em back to the company and they were replaced under warranty. my eibachs struts now hiss/pishhhh going over bumps and hitting bumps in the road, but there isnt any clunking noises. just that random metallic click. I'll check the endlinks, damper top mount bolts, and tie rods (just while im under there). thanks!

Inspect your front upper strut mounts. We have seen them go at 25K miles and customer reporting of noise at as little ast 10K miles.
