ok I want this 90% right now.. just a few questions...if.. i were to get into minor front end accident... how hard would it be to get the front fenders and hood replaced? and does this include the correct underpanels and fenderliners? I have an oil cooler...

This is like any other custom body kit. If you get into an accident, any body shop can help do some repairs to the parts to get them back to new condition. However, if the pieces are completely destroyed, then the only way to try and get new parts is to have Vorsteiner produce them. They own the molds.

Your stock underpanels and fenderliners will fit. I am not 100% sure of the oil cooler part...as this was not an issue for me. (330i). I am sure LTBMW will be able to figure out how to get this on your car without any issues.
