Amazing call center…really

I don’t care if they are lying, but every time I call BMW they are more than willing to help and actually sound enthusiastic about the process. Guess that keeps customers from freaking out about the wait, but it does ease the pain. The first time I called, the operator went through the specs of my car and commented how “sweet” the car will be. The second time, the operator said that she was “excited for me.” Are you kidding!? Everyone else must be experiencing the same. Great script/training? Don’t really care.

It took me a while to realize they didn't always have up-to-date info, but you're right about the customer service aspect. One time I told the guy that the P represented Regensburg because he said he had to check if my 335 coupe were made in Germany or not. He even went on to say that Germans celebrate holidays we never heard of so that could delay production? That was strange. Then he said he couldn't find his sheet which showed the plant codes, and he was getting nervous but I told him no big deal, don't worry about it.

Hell, I'd be enthusiastic if I worked for BMW too.

I spoke to a very nice lady this afternoon...she was really nice/almost as excited as myself, and she fixed any confusion I had previously had about my cars location. I wanted to give her a huge bear hug when she told me my car was at the dealership...
